Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed through www.testplusglobal.com. It is provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Please do not send special categories of personal data (such as health data) through our forms.
3. How we collect data
Directly from you through the quotation form, email, phone and WhatsApp, and automatically through cookies and server logs.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with:
- our hosting, email and IT service providers,
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (Google Maps, spam protection and, only with your consent, Google Ads measurement),
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta, if you contact us via WhatsApp,
- public authorities where required by law.
TESTPLUS is located in Türkiye. Data you send us is therefore processed in Türkiye, and some service providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred from the EU/EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer is made on the basis of appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) or, for requests you send us, as necessary for steps you ask us to take before a contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Data relating to information and quotation requests is kept for 2 years after the request is closed. If a contract is concluded, it is kept for the periods required by applicable law. Access logs are kept for 2 years. Cookie lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy. At the end of the period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU/EEA country where you live or work, or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Rights under Article 11 of KVKK apply as well.
