Low Voltage Directive (LVD TESTS)
Many products fall into low-risk product groups in terms of safety. Therefore, after conducting a conformity assessment, the manufacturer issues a declaration stating that the product complies with the mandatory safety, health, environmental, and consumer protection standards. This declaration must be prepared in accordance with the relevant standards. Electrical equipment must be tested and inspected in accordance with the applicable Type C and Type B standards listed in the harmonized standards list of the 2014/35/EC Low Voltage Directive.
